A passion for Pinot Noir in the Russian River Valley

Digital Strategy & Marketing: Angelina redesigned and relaunched to be responsive to desktop and mobile screens, set up content management and site administration using Squarespace, and trained vineyard owners how to post content and maintain the site. The project also included setting up the domain name, establishing branded email accounts and email marketing list and programs on MailChimp.

Copy Writing: The project included writing copy for the home page, section fronts, navigation and photo captions. Angelina originally wrote posts for the "Life on the Vineyard" blog, establishing tone and focus, before turning it over to the owners to continue.

Social Media: Working with the owners, Angelina established a social media strategy and created branded pages and seeded content on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram.

Results: A newcomer to Sonoma wine country, Gantz Family Vineyards was able to establish itself as an active member of the Russian River Valley Winegrowers community through their digital presence. Co-owner Clay Gantz became president of the RRV Winegrowers Association in 2016. The vineyard sells its Pinot Noir fruit to renowned winemakers Kosta Browne.

Letting the content speak

A vineyard tells a fascinating visual story; Angelina found the wonder in that story and then connected it to the right social media platform.
